Year Two: RSIS
During your second year, you will be able to choose from one of RSIS' MSc programmes. You do not need to choose a specialisation that matches your PAIS specialisation; for example, if you do International Relations in PAIS, you could do Strategic Studies at RSIS.
At RSIS you will take seven courses, in line with the degree requirements of your chosen specialisation. More information is available on the RSIS website for each specialism:
RSIS's academic year is split into 3 trimesters:
- Trimester 1: End July-October (14 weeks)
- Trimester 2: November-December (6 weeks); late January-February (7 weeks)
- Trimester 3: March-June (13 weeks)
During the summer term you will write your joint dissertation, which will be handed in following RSIS regulations.
More information about RSIS and its programmes can be found at their website.
