Overnight Accommodation

  • Participants in the conference are requested to make their own arrangements, where necessary, for overnight accommodation. Those relying on public transport are advised to stay in Coventry city centre or Kenilworth, but others may wish to go further afield (Leamington Spa, Warwick, even Stratford-upon-Avon). There is a wide variety of types of accommodation available, but single rooms are in relatively short supply.
  • Intending participants are strongly advised to reserve accommodation well in advance.

  • COVENTRY TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE offers a free booking service for hotels in the area. Information may be obtained from <accommodation@coventry.org>, but in order to make a firm booking you will need to call +44 (0)24 7622 7264 / 7266, with details of your credit card. A deposit of 8%, deducted from the final bill, is payable at the time of booking. Be warned that VAT, which stands at 17.5% on most items in the UK, is not always included in quotations from hotels.
