Participants in the conference are requested to make their own arrangements, where necessary, for overnight accommodation. Those relying on public transport are advised to stay in Coventry city centre or Kenilworth, but others may wish to go further afield (Leamington Spa, Warwick, even Stratford-upon-Avon). There is a wide variety of types of accommodation available, but single rooms are in relatively short supply.
Intending participants are strongly advised to reserve accommodation well in advance.
