The Director of PPE will be Professorial Teaching Fellow. The appointee will enhance the programme’s reputation both nationally and internationally, and play a leading role in shaping the continued development and direction of teaching on this programme seeing significant growth and innovation. The Director of Student Experience and Progression will be a Senior Teaching Fellow. They will support the bridge between the academic, pastoral and administrative provision of our programme. Theycoordinate and lead on pre-university widening participation, outreach, and recruitment activities; at-university transition from school to undergraduate studies, systematic ‘birds-eye view’ monitoring of student progress and welfare t; and the post-university development of alumni relations, linking back to recruitment, widening participation, employability and internships.
