Race, Ethnicity & Migration

Cluster overview

We examine race, ethnicity, international migration, and their related processes and mechanisms underlying these processes. Our members study the individual and institutional drivers and consequences of social cohesion of our societies, typically focusing on racism, exclusion, social inequalities in national and comparative perspective. The members of the cluster are leading and involved in national and international major research projects with partners from across the world.

The cluster meets twice a term for seminars, invited lectures and hosts internal and external researchers along with academic and semi-academic social and public events.
