Project overview

A Systems Review of service responses to those facing multiple disadvantage and with complex needs in East Sussex, aimed to identify blockages to effective help and support by promoting work across local authority boundaries and addressing barriers to service delivery for those experiencing gendered violence. ‘Action Learning Sets’ were used to engage practitioners from ‘the services’ and other key service providers to identify what helps and hinders support for this group, as well as facilitate personal development and problem solving. The project informed the development of innovation to support engagement with those least likely to engage in support and share learning across providers and commissioners to inform system change.
