Synchronising Office365 with an iPhone or iPad

Important Note:

All devices, whether University-owned or not, must meet the minimal device security standards in order to connect to the University email system or other sensitive systems. Please review these and ensure your device will be compliant. There is more information and advice on device security on the ITS website.

  • Select Settings (click on any image to see a larger version)
  • Scroll down and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Select Add Account...
  • Select Exchange
  • Enter your IT Services username (eg. or
  • Enter your IT Services password
  • Add a description for the email account (eg. WBS email)
  • Select Next
  • Select which options you wish to synchronise
  • Select Save
