Summary of Service
Vodafone World is in direct response to feedback from our customers for clear, transparent, predictable and competitive roaming charges for calls and text messages when roaming around the world.
The new structure groups the world into five zones and provides simple, transparent charges for the following types of calls: > Mobile calls whether calling back to the UK, within the same country, other countries or zones
> Receiving calls while roaming
> Sending a text.
Vodafone World provides:
> Simple and transparent charging for calls made and received from any worldwide roaming destination > Removal of the risk of currency fluctuations on roaming charges.
Service Charges
Calls made and/or received within a country other than the UK (when roaming) utilising the GSM Network, the Vodafone Government Saver Tariff or the Vodafone Teamwork Tariff will apply.
The charges for customers’ use of the Network for telephone calls either originating in a country other than the UK and/or received in a country other than the UK utilising the GSM Network shall be as set out in the following table in pence per minute.

Calls from the UK to Intenational numbers
Calls made within the UK (to numbers outside the UK) utilising the GSM Network and utilising the Network, Teamwork or FlexworkTariff.
The charges for customers’ use of the Network for mobile telephone calls (Voice and Data) made within the UK (non-roaming calls) utilising the GSM Network shall be as set out in the following table. Within the following table all charges are set out in pence per minute except where specifically set out otherwise.
