WBS' Operational Excellence Steering Group (OESG) was set up in November 2007 to act as a forum for improving business processes in Warwick Business School. Its remit includes developing strategy, identifying areas for process improvement, agreeing an annual programme of improvement workshops and projects, monitoring progress and promoting business process improvement throughout the School.
