Impact of Emerging Technologies on Human Capital Division.
Due to the fourth industrial revolution, the world has been exposed to considerable changes in the ways it operates. Organizations are now using digital and mobile technologies, emulating many entrepreneur start-ups that are competing and often outperform existing ones using the latest technologies.
Abdullah’s research aims to study the impact of technologies on the current and future needs within the Human Capital (HC) division, including the integration of Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) technology. Current job roles are evolving, and with the help of the emerging technologies (such as AI, Blockchain, VR, AI, IoT, etc.), it will change the shape of the future jobs. Accordingly, organizations have to prepare to build the competencies of the future, today!
