Lu Wang
Biography
Lu is a PhD student at Warwick Business School and a recipient of the Chancellor's International Scholarship. With a background in organisational psychology. Lu’s research interests focus on micro aspects of organisational behaviours, such as emotions at work, motivations and employee wellbeing. Prior to joining WBS, Lu received an MSc degree in Industrial and Organisational Business Psychology from the University College London. She aims to contribute to creating more healthier and pleasant workplaces through her research.

Summary of Research Area
Her research aims to address the following questions: why and how team members actively manage their team’s wellbeing and what are the implications of such behaviours for both the team and individual members?
