How to register for an ITS Account

New applicants:

Once you've applied and received your 7-digit Warwick University ID you can use the link below. You will be able to access a limited range of services until you have enrolled at Warwick.

Everyone else:

New students:

As an applicant to Warwick, you will most likely have created an ITS Account. This Account will have given you limited access to applications available at Warwick. Once you’ve joined Warwick you’ll be able to use a much larger set of applications, for example:

  • Email
  • Printing
  • Microsoft Office
  • Work Area computers
  • Campus Wi-Fi
  • UNIX facilities

And lots of more useful IT services. If you have not yet created your ITS Account, you can do so at any time; you no longer need to enrol first. Official communications from Warwick will be sent to your University email account. We suggest you take the opportunity to register with us, to benefit.

New staff:

You can register once Human Resources have added you to their systems. Your department will arrange this for you.

Open Studies Certificate students:

You don't need to enrol - you can register straight away.

Note: Applicants will only have access to a very limited range of services.
