Warwick Engineering undergraduate, Udokama Iwumene, was awarded a prestigious Santander STEMship prize in July at the world-famous Silverstone racetrack.

Dr Louise Denne, Senior Research Fellow at Warwick University’s Centre for Educational Development, Appraisal and Research (CEDAR) and Professor Jeremy Dale from Warwick Medical School have each been awarded one of 12 new research grants from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) for their social care projects.

Well done to colleagues celebrated in the Unitemps of the Year Awards 2019, which recognise the achievements of high performing candidates working at the University and in the surrounding area.

Congratulations to Steven Hindmarsh, who has won a Papin Prize at the Higher Education Technicians Summit for technical excellence supporting the Electron Microscopy Research Technology Platform. Warwick colleagues Ian Hands-Portman and Steve Huband were also shortlisted in the national awards.
