Mahara is an ePortfolio system that can be used for assessing students’ continuing professional development and showcase their reflective learning. This is a hands-on course that will demonstrate how Mahara works and show you how to build templates which can be shared with students and submitted for assessment via Moodle. We will provide some examples of Mahara ePortfolios to give you ideas of how you can use them with your students.

In this new seminar series we will hear from staff, students and members of the wider healthcare community about the experiences and challenges they have faced within their careers and how they have overcome them. Our first speaker is Adam Layland who is a Consultant Paramedic and Head of Commissioning at Health Education England.
