Update on Thursday 11 May: A limited number of tickets for tomorrow’s night’s Awards evening are now available. If you would like some of these free tickets, please contact the Arts Centre Box Office via ticketing@warwick.ac.uk or 024 7652 4524 to book them. The event proved very popular early on and has been fully booked for 2 weeks with a waiting list in place.

We will be tweeting live on the night (Friday 12 May) from @Warwickinsite using #WarwickUniAwards, tweet us your photos too by using this hashtag! The winners will be revealed as they are announced via Twitter.

Running order

The dress code is smart casual.

• 6pm: food and drinks served in the Arts Centre foyer
• 6.45: doors open
• 7pm: start with 15 minutes of The Noise Next Door comedy troupe
• 7.15: awards
• 7.45: interval with cash bar
• 8.05: awards
• 8.50: closing speech
• 9pm: close, followed by an after party in the Students' Union

After party

For those who wish to continue the party after the ceremony – the party will continue in Copper Rooms and terrace bar in the Students' Union – bar open until late!

• Dirty Duck: 9.30pm
• Late Night Food in the Piazza: from 10pm (cash only)
