The DSSGx UK team were back at the Shard again this year, to present the conclusions of the projects in person.

After an opening from Prof. Juergen Branke, Director of DSSGx UK, Rayid Ghani, founder of DSSG joined from the US to give his overview of DSSG and how important it is for society and individuals to engage in programmes such as DSSG and what it can achieve.

The keynote speaker was Gaia Marcus, who spoke on the subject of 'From data for good, to data doing good', who asked the audience to consider moving data from 'a noun, to a verb'.
