The Warwick PATHWAY Programme
About
The under-representation of Black academics is a pressing issue in UK higher education and at Warwick. To help tackle this, we have established the Warwick PATHWAY Programme - a positive action programme which supports Black researcher career development from undergraduate to postdoctoral level.
The programme provides financial support at different research career stages alongside opportunities to participate in networking and career information events such as talks and trips to top research institutions.
The Warwick PATHWAY programme presents a clear vision of research career pathways and creates a community of aspiring Black researchers at Warwick across all faculties.
