Musical Culture and Empire in Eighteenth-Century Britain

A Digital Concert Series - Every Tuesday in August at 7pm

Professor Maxine Berg has teamed up with Oxford-based baroque orchestra, Instruments of Time and Truth, to bring you a series of performances and talks exploring the fascinating, diverse, and often precarious lives of musicians and their patrons in 18th century London.

The concert videos will premiere on YouTube at 7pm each Tuesday. Links to the videos will be shared on Instruments of Truth and Time's website, twitter and facebook

The digital concert series is a University of Warwick Global History and Culture Centre (GHCC) and Early Modern and Eighteenth-Century Centre collaboration with baroque orchestra Instruments of Time and Truth.

It is funded by the University of Warwick's Humanities Research Fund in collaboration with the Connecting Cultures GRP.
