In this student-led project, Dr Friederike Schlaghecken and Dr Gitit Kada

r-Satat from the Department of Psychology supported a group of undergraduate Psychology students in identifying scientists from minority or 'non-academic' backgrounds.

The research team then designed and conducted interviews about these scientists' paths into research, and created several role-model videos.
