The University of Warwick will use your personal data provided in this online registration form for the purposes of processing your registration, payment (where appropriate) and attendance on the November 2019 Polymer Club and contacting you with relevant information in relation to this event and any future such events, if you have ticked the relevant box above. The legal basis for processing this personal data is it is necessary for the performance of a contract and consent, which is obtained through ticking of the applicable box(s) and submission of this online form. Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, except where you have indicated, by selecting above, that you are happy for your name, email address and affiliation to appear on a name-badge and on the event delegate list. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of three months after the 2019 Polymer Club has taken place unless you indicated above that you wish to receive information about future such events.
