514 nm Raman Laser moving

we will be removing the 514.5 nm laser and optics from the Renishaw inVia [Bert] at the end of the month and moving it to the Horiba LabRam [Grover]. After this time it will not be possible to conduct measurements with 514.5nm excitation on the Renishaw system, but it will be possible to conduct all experiments on the Horiba instead.

This has the advantage of allowing easier access to mapped measurements with the 514 nm laser which should offer faster maps and greater resolution as well as being on a more automated system. If you wish to be trained on the LabRam system and aren't already please send a request via the Instrument pages in infinityX.
