Goodbye Bert

After over 25 years of Service we said good bye to our oldest Raman spectrometer Bert. Sadly Bert had developed a number of faults and was beyond economic repair. In line with Spectroscopy RTP policy the Spectrometer rather than being binned the instrument along with our very old Spectrum GX FT-IR is being rehomed by the UniGreen Scheme where is will hopefully find a new lease of life or be used to prolong the life of another.
