Talent Technicians Customer Services Training

The TALENT project team is pleased to offer a new training course; Effective Customer Services for Technicians. Please note that you will need to attend both part 1 and 2 for the course and it will be delivered in an interactive way online.

This customer services online workshop to develop the technicians’ knowledge and skills to enable them to develop and deliver consistently high quality customer service in the workplace. By having a better insight into customer services, we can improve our working relationships and how to manage these more effectively using various approaches learnt about customer services. This is an introductory course designed for those with little or no knowledge of the subject, and is also suitable for those who have some knowledge of the subject but who wish to refresh their knowledge and skills.

Session aims and objectives

  • An overview of customer services
  • Explore customer services; examples, what makes good customer services, key components and models
  • Have a better insight of customer services from the other person's perspective
  • Develop skills to improve customer service interactions
  • Improved understanding of customer services and how to apply the learning to the workplace of technical staff within MI
  • Provide an opportunity to network (virtually) and have peer support and learning
