The University has just launched the PDR process for 2024 and we are therefore taking the opportunity to offer some advice on making the most of the PDR process (for both Reviewers and Reviewees) and to remind you of the resources available to Technical Staff. We will also be running some drop-in sessions for Technicians and Technical Managers. These will be informal sessions where we will be happy to discuss all aspects of the PDR process including:

• completion of the form/paperwork
• preparing for the PDR discussion (from both aspects)
• discussions around development
• how to handle sensitive situations
• and anything else that crops up.
