Research Technical Professional away day - 12th June

As part of our Research England funded Research Culture project to help create a community amongst RTProfs at the University of Warwick, we invite RTProfs to an away day at SLS Warwick Crop Centre, The Innovation Campus (previously Wellesbourne Campus) on the 12th June 2024.

For clarity, RTProfs are defined by UKRI as the following:

Research technicians and technology and skills specialists who have expert knowledge and technical competence in their field. They may include - but not limited to - data scientists, data engineers, archivists, informaticians, statisticians, software developers, audio-visual technologists, technical professional staff and individuals staffing and managing core research facilities, across all disciplines.

There will the opportunity to take part in Lego® Serious Play®, learn more about the Higher Education Academy and tour the beautiful Warwick Crop Centre footprint at The Innovation campus. We might even get to taste some of Eric Holub’s beans - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-66752305).
