TECHNICIANS ONLINE SKILLS DIRECTORY

We are excited to launch the on-line skills directory with the aim to increase inter-departmental technician collaboration and mentorship and we need your help to populate the database!

The aim of the directory is to capture the skills and experience held by our Technicians, not only from their current job but also relevant skills from a previous role or hobby, external to the University. The information would be held in a central database to provide information on who to contact for those individuals wishing to network, obtain advice and guidance or select a mentor with the aim of developing current skills or obtaining information on potential new areas of work. The database could also assist with filling skill gaps across departments, where needed, or even at local Universities (Midlands Innovation Network) where there may be skills shortages or a development opportunity. In each case, we would ask your permission to be put into contact before any introductions.

We need your help to build a critical mass of data on the skills available across Warwick and would appreciate if you are able to take the time to fill in this Online Skills Questionnaire.
