SITS Student Records Application (Client and eVision) Outage - 31st July - 3rd August 2026

There will be an outage to the live (PROD) SITS environment from Friday 31st July at 17:30 until Monday 3rd August at 00:15. This is to undertake planned maintenance relating to the Academic Year End and preparing the system for Academic Year 2026/27. This will also affect access to eVision (Student Records Online).

The Student Information Centre are unable to create academic references, student status letters, statement of finances, confirmation of awards. Or verify students’ details during this time
