Who We Are
The Community Safety department is a team of individuals dedicated to protecting the safety and security of everyone who lives, works and studies at the University. We have an on-Campus presence 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide pastoral support to everyone within our community.
Additionally, we are responsible for helping to protect the University's physical assets and buildings to ensure that the quality of teaching and research, that Warwick prides itself on, is not impacted by any nefarious activity.
How You Can Help
Community safety is everybody's responsibility and you can do a lot to help protect yourselves and others while at Warwick. Read some simple tips here.
Reporting suspicious activity, security concerns and innapropriate behaviours through the relevant channels is an excellent place to start.

Welcome to Warwick! Find everything you need for when you arrive here
Meet the team at our many pop-up stands across campus during Welcome Week. Look out for the blue Community Safety gazebo.
You can find us at the Welcome Hub on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September, from 9.30am – 5.30pm, in the Butterworth Hall, Warwick Arts Centre.
We will also be at the Living at University Fair on Monday 27th September, from 9.30am – 5.00pm, in the Panorama and Chancellors' rooms, Rootes Building.
Planning on cycling to explore the area? Don't forget to register your bike with BikeRegister to help beat bike thieves. Doing so also gets you a free D-lock, which can be collected from the Community Safety Hub on campus.
