Postgraduate families
- apply for family accommodation on campus
- find private sector accommodation
Please be aware that all family accommodation on campus has been fully allocated for the current 2022/2023 academic year
As we have no alternative for family accommodation through the University, you will need to make arrangements for accommodation in the private sector with local estate agents. For further advice on house-hunting in the private sector please contact the Students Union Advice and Welfare Team https://www.warwicksu.com/advice/housing.
Accommodation options for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic year
Campus
We have a limited number of two and three bedroom houses and apartments on campus that are suitable for students who have up to three children. We do not allocate one bedroom apartments to families. Not all applicants who apply for family accommodation on campus will be successful. Overseas applicants new to Warwick will be prioritised.
You may only apply for family accommodation on campus if:
- you are a new full time student
- you will have no more than three dependent children living with you for the duration of your course
To apply, you need to complete the online postgraduate application form. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Allocations are made in the summer for the upcoming academic year and priority is given to postgraduate families that are new to Warwick.
Information about the different types of family accommodation on campus including location and charges can be found here.
Off campus housing
Private rented family housing is available near to the University in Coventry and Kenilworth and also in Leamington, which is a 30 minute bus ride away.
The Warwick Students Union website also offers useful advice on private rented housing including house-hunting, checking tenancy agreements, repairs and deposits.
