Housing Options for Returning Students 2025/2026

Looking ahead to next year? Whether you’re hoping to stay on campus or explore private accommodation near to the University, there are plenty of great options available for returning students.

Whether you're an undergraduate or postgraduate student returning to Warwick for the 2026/2027 academic year, you may already be thinking about where you’d like to live.

If you're considering living on campus, keep an eye on your emails and our website for booking announcements. If you're not supported for specific accommodation requirements, it’s a first-come, first-served process - so acting quickly gives you the best chance of securing a room.

You can also explore private accommodation off campus. There’s no rush to sign a contract, so take your time, ask questions, and use tools like Warwick Studentpad to browse available properties.

To help you get started, come along to our housing events including Warwick SU Housing Day on 19 November - a great chance to get advice, compare options, and speak to experts.

Whatever you decide, we’re here to help you make a confident, informed choice.

Living On Campus

A limited number of rooms are usually available for returning students. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability, so if you’re keen to stay on campus, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Keep an eye on your emails and our website for details of the booking process and available rooms. Returning undergraduate bookings usually open in November each year.
