About the halls

Single bedroom
- Single occupancy room sizes (including bathroom) range from 10.18m² > 12.98m²
- Standard single bed (190cm x 91cm) with mattress protector
- Small wardrobe and under-bed storage
- Desk, chair and wastepaper bin
- Network port
- A Television will be provided in every bedroom, however it is your responsibility to ensure you have a UK TV licence to use this
- Bed linen, duvet and pillow is not provided
- Please note: room sizes do vary and you may be allocated to any room size
Double bedroom
- Single occupancy room sizes (including bathroom) range from 13.01m² > 17.19m²
- Three quarter sized double (190cm x 120cm) or double bed (190cm x 135cm) with mattress protector.
- Small wardrobe and under-bed storage
- Desk, chair and wastepaper bin
- Network port
- A television is provided in every bedroom, however it is your responsibility to ensure you have a UK TV licence to use this
- Bed linen, duvet and pillow is not provided
- Please note: students can choose between a three quarter sized double or double bed option at the time of booking, subject to availability. Bedroom sizes do vary and you may be allocated to any room size.

- Please be advised that some contracts start on a Sunday, but to ease comparison of the fees across halls, we have rounded up all the weekly let lengths to the nearest week.

- The specifications of halls/rooms is correct at the date of publication but may be subject to change as necessary. During the year there will be building works across campus. This may affect some halls but we will do all that we reasonably can to keep noise, disruption and inconvenience to a minimum. It may also mean that some facilities are unavailable.
- The Residential Life Team is being renamed to the Residential Community Team. There may be instances where you notice either of these being referred to on our website, however please note that they are the same team.
