Extended-IFP (August Entry) 2026/2027
If you are studying on the Extended IFP programme you can enjoy living on Warwick's beautiful green campus in Sherbourne Residences. Located nearby to the Sports and Wellness Hub as well as green open spaces, Sherbourne also offers large kitchen areas for socialising with friends.
Sherbourne Residence
If you have an offer of full-time study at Warwick on the Extended IFP programme with a start date of August 2026, you will need to complete our usual accommodation application processLink opens in a new window and select a total of seven preferences, however Extended IFP students will be allocated accommodation in Sherbourne on a 48-week contract, starting on Saturday 15 August 2026.

Once you have completed your application for accommodation, please inform us and we will send you an offer of accommodation by email if you are eligible.
Specific accommodation requirements
If you have specific accommodation requirements due to a medical condition or support needs, including a physical or hidden disability, you'll need to also get supported and complete the assessment process by visiting our Specific Accommodation RequirementsLink opens in a new window webpage.
You should ensure you are supported by Wellbeing and Student Support by Friday 31 July 2026.
You'll need to complete this process in addition to applying online for accommodation by the deadlines noted on this webpage.
Check your application
When completing your application form, please carefully check that your application details are correct. You will also receive a confirmation email that will contain the details from your application. If you have not received your confirmation email within 48 hours, or if there are any differences between your confirmation and what you have submitted, please contact Warwick AccommodationLink opens in a new window as soon as possible.
Your confirmation email and any offers of accommodation will be sent to the contact email address on your student record. You will receive your offer of accommodation after Monday 3 August 2026. You will have two working days to accept your offer, so please make sure to regularly check your inbox, including your junk/clutter/spam folders.
