If you need to report any repairs please do so by completing the online repair request form. Completed forms will be sent directly to your Property Manager once submitted. This method should not be used for emergency repairs. If you need to speak to someone urgently about a repair you can phone Student Reception on 024 7652 2280.
Warwick Accommodation welcome compliments and these can be submitted by the online compliments form.
The University has a Student Complaints Resolution Pathway to provide a clear route to resolve complaints quickly and effectively; ideally as close as possible to the area in which they arise. The Pathway and associated formal Procedure has three clear internal stages, however you are encouraged to report issues and concerns to your local Warwick Accommodation team in the first instance.
