Starter

  • Wild Mushroom Tart rested on a spinach and rocket salad, with aged balsamic dressing.
  • Wild Mushroom Tart (vegan) with chestnut and spinach puree, rested on a spinach and rocket salad, with aged balsamic dressing.

Main

  • Turkey Roulade filled with pork, sage, and onion, wrapped in smoked streaky bacon served with roasted potatoes, root vegetables, sprouts and roast gravy.
  • Spiced Hasselback Butternut Squash (vegan) on a sunflower seed and spelt risotto, winter leaves, and vegan bacon bits.

Dessert

  • Chocolate and Spiced Clementine Dome with a mulled wine syrup and butter shortbread.
  • Chocolate and Orange Dessert (vegan) with mulled wine syrup and shortbread.
  • Followed by coffee and mince pies
