This event is dedicated to raising awareness about the Deaf and Hard of Hearing students at this University as well as the wider community. Furthermore, what support is available for people in this community, and those who care for them. This event will feature an insightful talk to foster a greater understanding of, and to promote inclusivity in the Deaf community. It will be an excellent opportunity to learn about Deaf culture, sign language, and ways to make our campus more accessible. This event is hosted by the History department's Widening Participation Student Network.
