Undergraduate Intercalated Year or Study Abroad

The following fees will apply for undergraduate students who will be studying abroad or undertaking an intercalated year. These options are offered as part of your course.

If your circumstances change - supported by your department - and you no longer undertake your year abroad or intercalated year then you will revert to a standard three/four year degree and the standard undergraduate fee will apply.

Voluntary year out

A voluntary year out in order to gain work experience needs to be approved and there is guidance on how to apply and the eligibility criteria for these requests. If your request for a voluntary year out is approved - then you will not incur a tuition fee for your year out.

Fee bands

Home tuition fees include the Channel Isles and Isle of Man students. EU students are included in the overseas fee bands.

For overseas students you need to first find out what fees you would pay if you were staying to study at Warwick and not studying abroad or undertaking an intercalated year. This will help you work out if you are paying Band 1 or Band 2 fees. To do this - lookup the course fees.
