Statute 3: The Vice-Chancellor

The Vice-Chancellor will have a general responsibility to the Council and the Senate for maintaining and promoting the efficiency and good order of the University. |

The powers, duties and functions of the Vice-Chancellor will be as determined by the Council. |
| (3) | Subject to the Charter and these Statutes, the Vice-Chancellor may delegate the powers, duties and functions of the role to any person or body. |
