The following persons will be members of the University:

The Officers of the University, namely:

The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellors, the Provost, the Pro-Vice-Chancellors, and the Honorary Treasurer.

The Members of the Council.

The Members of the Senate.

The Members of the Academic Staff.

Such senior administrative officers as may be granted the status of members by the Council.

The Honorary Professors.

The Emeritus Professors.

Such administrative officers as may be granted the status of members.

The Graduates of the University.

The Graduate and Undergraduate Students of the University

The Council on the recommendation of the Senate may declare such other persons members of the University as the Council may deem fit.
