Ordinance 13: Custody and Use of the Seal

(1)

The application of the University Seal will be authenticated by the signature of two authorised persons.

(2)

The following persons are authorised by Council to authenticate the Seal:

Members of the Council

Secretary to Council

Group Finance Director or Finance Director

(3)

The Secretary to Council shall have custody of the Seal and will maintain a record of instances where the Seal has been used. The Secretary to Council will report to Council the list of documents that have had the Seal applied at least once in each academic session.
