The Appeals Panel (Undergraduate) shall consist of not fewer than three members appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, from a panel of no less that 21 members appointed by the Quality and Standards Subcommittee. No member of academic staff of any course or module studied by the appellant shall be a member of the Appeals Panel, nor should the Appeals Panel include any member of the appellant’s department.
