Video showing use of a Automated External Defibrillator

See below for a video showing use of a Automated External Defibrillator (AED) which is courtesy of the St. John's Ambulance. Note that if persons are in need of resuscitation then ideally a First Aider should be called for help. If on campus or at a separate place of work and it is during 'normal working hours', firstly make contact with a local First Aider. If on campus the alternative emergency number to call for Community Safety is (External 02476 522222) (Internal 22222) which is available 24/7.

All University First Aiders and Security who have attended the full First Aid training course at Warwick University will have received Automated External Defibrillator training as part of their course.
