Retail (food) Assistants who are employed within the supermarket Candidates would normally attend this session three years after gaining the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Retail certificate. |
| What will the participant get out of this? |
Food handlers will be reminded of “best-practice” thus ensuring competency and compliance in food safety & food hygiene procedures and requirements of associated legislation. |
