Release notes for web applications

We released Tabula 2022.7.2 on Wednesday 13^th July 2022. In this version we fixed a bug which caused an error when attempting to process module marks if there was an unconfirmed student on the module.

We released Tabula 2022.7.1 on Wednesday 6^th July 2022. In this version we:

• Added two new options when you record decisions for students, where applicable:
  • UG Resit as first attempt in September - Finalist
  • UG Sit as first attempt in September - Finalist

  In both cases, the text displayed to students in the 'Progression decision' box at the top of the Modules page in their profile is:

  Your results indicate that further assessment will be required in order to pass this year. You will receive an email containing further details, which will set out what you need to do next. There is nothing you need to do until you have received that email. However, personal support is available to you as always, either through your Personal Tutor or through Wellbeing Services.

• Fixed a bug affecting the checkboxes for the affected assessments on the mitigating circumstances form. Now when you use the checkbox at the top of the list of assessments on the Assignments, Exams or Other tab, only the assessments on that specific tab are selected / unselected.

We released SiteBuilder 2.512 on Wednesday 13^th July 2022. In this version:

• We fixed a bug which prevented pages using certain standard page templates from being converted to the Components Editor.

We released SiteBuilder 2.511 on Monday 11^th July 2022. In this version:

• We completed fixing a bug that affected the display of form submission receipts. The original bug fix, in the previous release, had an unintended effect on submission notification emails, which was corrected via a hotfix on Tuesday 5 July.
• We continued work which will enable complex pages such as homepage layouts to be converted to the Components Editor.

We released SiteBuilder 2.510 on Tuesday 5^th July 2022. In this version we made the following bug fixes and improvements:

• We made some improvements to how the Components Editor displays on smaller screens, such as mobile and tablet.
• We fixed a bug so that the message displayed to users at the top of their form submission receipt now honours line breaks. You can select the text which is displayed in receipts via editing the form properties.
• We no longer send notifications when an existing news item is edited or deleted. Users who request notifications from a news page now only receive notifications when news items are created.
• We now only load Universal Analytics scripts, and no longer load older Google Analytics scripts. This is because Google has now moved all accounts to Universal Analytics.
• We clarified the validation message displayed when the requested data entry feed can't be found. We also improved the data entry feed picker, so you can now select the relevant data list page and then select the appropriate term from the list provided. To add a data entry feed to your page, select Add content feeds from the left-hand menu, and then select Data entry content from the sub-menu.
• We increased the threshold to make it easier to download a site content report for very large sites.
