SiteBuilder release notes

We released SiteBuilder 2.432 on Monday 16^th March 2020. In this version:

• We added a banner to the top of every SiteBuilder page, with a link to the University's student and staff community guidance on Covid-19.

We released SiteBuilder 2.431 on Friday 13^th March 2020. In this version:

• We fixed a couple of bugs affecting the date picker on resource booking pages. When booking a resource that allows bookings up to 20:00, for example, you can now choose that as the end time of your booking. The date picker to choose which date you want to view bookings for is also working again.

We released SiteBuilder 2.430 on Friday 13^th March 2020. In this version:

• A prototype 'page audit' tool, which checks for accessibility issues on your page, is now available in the visual editor toolbar. Automatic checkers are unable to detect all accessibility issues. You should therefore also refer to the accessibility checklist. In preparation for this tool, we addressed some accessibility issues in SiteBuilder.
• We fixed an issue that prevented changes to the visual editor appearing for users in some cases. Previously, if a user's web browser had a cached version of the editor, this was displayed rather than the latest version.

• When you insert an image or file into a page, the URL box now has a 'Find' button in place of the magnifying glass icon it had previously. You can use this button to find the image or file on the website you're editing, if it's already uploaded. Alternatively, you can use it to select an image or file on your computer to upload and insert in a single step.

We released SiteBuilder 2.429 on Monday 10^th February 2020. In this version:

• We added a new setting to the properties page of forms: 'Enable automatic deletion of old submissions'. You can find it under the 'Making and editing submissions' section. When enabled, submissions are automatically deleted after the number of months you specify. This will help you to abide by any retention policy that applies to the data collected on the form.
• We fixed a bug that was preventing the deletion of resources on resource booking pages.

We released SiteBuilder 2.428 on Friday 17^th January 2020. In this version:

• When you copy a page, you can now specify the 'Page heading' and 'Title bar caption' of the copy. This means you no longer have to change these afterwards by editing the page's properties.
• We now display a pop-up information box when technical issues affect SiteBuilder. The box links to the University's 'system status' page, which provides further information: https://status.warwick.ac.uk/.
• We improved accessibility in the visual editor by making it possible to use the <Tab> key to access all fields within pop-up boxes. For example, when you're editing a page and add a link you can now <Tab> into the 'URL' field in the 'Link' pop-up box.
• We restored the ability for you to comment on a page edit when using the Raw editor.
