If you purchased a HP printer from any one of our approved suppliers (XMA Ltd) as part of a transactional purchase then you are entitled to the following manufacturers warranty provision.
- 12 months UK manufacturers warranty via the retailer in the first instance
Devices purchased from our approved suppliers come under strict frameworks.
These provide for the following value-added benefits:
- Negotiated contract pricing
- Delivery, DOA and warranty repair covered by strict SLAs
- Free technical support
- Enhanced warranty services
Additional warranty/support entitlement has been available for purchase in the form of a HP "Care Pack" on a per year or up to 3 year basis. This is purchased either at the point of acquisition or at a later date.
Again if these care packs are purchased and applied to a particular piece of HP hardware, support would be available from the approved retailer in the first instance. In our case, this is XMA limited.

If you purchased a Samsung printer from our approved supplier (Misco) as part of a transactional purchase then you are entitled to the following manufacturers warranty provsion.

Our onsite support partners Xenon will provide hardware maintenance cover which can be purchased for items of IT equipment that are either no longer covered by a manufacturers warranty or when purchased from a non-approved supplier.
Please note an ad-hoc charge will be levied for items for which cover has not been purchased in advance.
Typically for this there will be a minimum charge of £22.50 plus VAT, this is for up to half an hour of onsite time to rectify/diagnose the problem.
If further parts are required then a separate quote will be sent. The above charge will be deducted off any further labour costs if the quote is accepted.
