Q: How did you choose your apprenticeship?

A: I applied via the government website. I thought the role would give me a foot in the door of the performance sector whilst giving me an array of experience.

Q: How was your course/standard delivered?

A: Mixture of online work, visits, interviews.

Q: What do you think the impact has been on employment circumstances and progression?

A: Hopefully the role will enable me to progress in the business full time or in a similar business, however still unsure if this is likely or not. I believe I am learning a lot about each department and each role whilst gaining practical experience which I believe will really help me in the future. Having a chance to work in every department is giving me a great understanding of the organisation as a whole and how each department links and works together.

Q: Impact do you think the apprenticeship has had on your skills and abilities?

A: Has helped me understand a lot of the processes and programmes used in the organisation. As well as an understanding of each department.

Q: How likely are you to recommend your provider?

A: The Arts Centre have been very welcoming and have been given enough responsibility to feel I am helping the company as well as them helping me.

In 2023, Joe returned to work at Warwick in the marketing team in Warwick Arts Centre!
