Leadership & Management Development Framework
Leadership & Management Skills Map
Our framework is underpinned by a skills map.
You can use the skills map to consider which skills apply to your role. You’ll find descriptors of each skill for each of the five leadership categories. If you’d like to develop a skill, you’ll find a range of development options available to you.

This category of leader is for you if you do not have formal line management responsibilities, although you have responsibility for managing the work of others.
