Organisational Development is working with The OCM to deliver the Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Development Programme. As trusted experts, they are passionate about best practice in coach-mentoring and have over 20 years’ experience of delivering professional and academically accredited qualifications. They have trained over 12,500 people to become coaches and mentors.

The OCM are a founding member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), a professional membership organisation whose aim is to define, create and promote best practice for everyone working in mentoring, coaching and supervision. It provides a reference point for standards and ethics.
