Change Workshops

Implementing Change

This workshop is relevant to managers and supervisors who have a responsibility to role model a positive attitude toward change and demonstrate a willingness to engage with wider change initiatives and embed those changes in their team.

Understanding your team’s response to change

This is a half day workshop which aims to provide leaders and managers with an understanding of the human reaction to change, with some practical tools to help manage and support these reactions.

Coaching

Leadership Coaching

We have partnered with Know You More to provide virtual leadership coaching for our senior FA9 leaders.

This is available to Leaders and Managers who are graded at FA9 and who are responsible for leading teams through change.

Alternatively, we have our Internal Coaching Scheme which is available to all managers to support with leading teams through change - Internal Coaching at Warwick.

Leadership team development and team coaching

Leadership and Management Development work with intact leadership teams to design and facilitate bespoke leadership team development and team coaching. The purpose is to support and fast-track new or changed leadership teams towards high performance. Content typically focuses on themes such as:

  • Building trust
  • Enhancing relationships
  • Developing behaviours for effective decision making
  • Addressing team strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Developing a shared team purpose
  • Reviewing team meeting effectiveness and behaviours
