This request should be submitted at least 2 working days prior to the event by the event organiser.

As event organiser, you agree to be responsible for hosting the event and adhering to university rules and regulations and will be responsible for any damages or cleaning charges that occur. The host should be available to be contacted throughout the duration of the event. We are not able to approve events within student flats due to Health and Safety. Bookings can only be made under the names of students living in the designated residences.

Please note: you must receive approval of your event request from the RCT via email before going ahead with the event. There is strictly no food or drink (alcoholic or not) to be consumed within bookable spaces.
