10% discount on food and drink
An Eating at Warwick account is given to all staff and students on joining the University of Warwick, as well as approved affiliates*.
It allows you to get 10% discount on food and drink and also pay for other items across campus. It's simple to use and your payment is made using your University ID card. Some things to remember:
- The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be used as a double discount
- If you use your Eating at Warwick card to pay for a hot drink you cannot use your hot drinks loyalty card to claim a free stamp.
The till will always calculate the best deal for the customer.
Easy to manage
Managing your account is simple using the Eating at Warwick portal. It allows you to load funds onto your card, view your transactions or block your card if it's lost or stolen.
Top up. Spend. Reload.
There are two ways to top up your card:
- Make an online payment using the Eating at Warwick portal
- Top up using the cash loading machines at Senate House and the Students' Union atrium
The minimum top up is £10. The maximum amount allowed on your card at any one time is £100.
If you top up your account with more than £100, the extra funds will be held securely online and your account will automatically be topped up when your balance falls below £50.
